All ovens from Pacific Oven can be finished in brick, stone, stucco or other material to suit the homeowner’s particular design needs. Design accommodations have been made to allow space for a choice of finishing options. Using a specially formulated mixture of refractory cement and other heat resistant mineral elements, the Pacific Oven is designed to withstand the high heats desired for pizza and other artisanal foods, and to provide safe, even heat that is easily maintained.
